Agile Retrospectives

Retrospective is a ceremony that is held at the end or each sprint. During a retrospective the team will get together to build a shared picture of what had happened in the sprint and at regular intervals the team reflects on how to become more effective and to accordingly adjust behavior on forthcoming sprints.
